Bidding for ICON Biennial Auction Ends December 18

ICON Gallery is filled with over 150 artworks to be auctioned.

ICON Gallery’s Biennial Art Auction showcases over 150 generously donated artworks, viewable either online or in the gallery, with final bidding on Wednesday, December 18, at 8 p.m. Minimum bids range from $15 to $500, with many items starting at $25 to $30. The artworks range from oils, acrylics, watercolors, and pastels, to photographs, prints, and reproductions. Realism, impressionism, expressionism, abstraction, and more styles are represented.

“The great thing about the art auction,” says ICON Director Bill Teeple, “is that you are not only giving needed financial support to ICON, but you are getting a beautiful work of art in the process. And with so many styles represented, there’s something for everyone.”

“ICON is nonprofit gallery supported by local donations,” says Teeple. “The art auction is our main fundraiser. Donations from ICON members get us close, but it’s the biennial art auction that gets us across the finish line and keeps the doors open.”
